Location: Carpool from HC Rec Center parking lot to Fredonia, AZ where we take SR-89A to Jacob Lake then continue east to Navajo Bridge. Returning, we'll stop at Jacob Lake for birding and lunch at this small, but famous mountain resort.

Meeting Place: 100 South between Main and 100 West. Park in the lot off of Main Street.

About: This is a full day field trip. This the bridge that spans the Colorado River about 20 south of Glen Canyon Dam. California Condors roost on strutts under the bridge and on cliffs surrounding. Need to arrive at bridge by 9:00 am
