Because of the cold (and snowy) weather, we have decided to keep it simple and visit Quail Creek again. Target species will be the Red-breasted Merganser and the Red-necked Grebe that have been spotted this past week. With another winter storm set to hit this week, we will hopefully pick up some other rarities or early migrants. We will go to three different areas around the reservoir. Meet at the dam overlook by the DWR offices at 9:00am. We will also visit the boat ramp and then the overlook near the Harrisburg Creek inlet.
