Details: Participants will pick up their packets between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM at the Utah Division of Natural Resource building located at Quail Creek Reservoir (451 SR-318, Hurricane, UT 84737).  The compilation will be held at the same site, beginning at 4:00 PM.  See below map:
